Digital lyric packs & ad kits: Because generated content is delivered instantly, all sales of automated digital packs are final. If the delivery failed or the content is unusable due to a technical error, email us within 7 days for a full refund.

Human-polished kits ($149): Full refund if requested before work begins. After delivery, we offer one round of revisions.

Done-for-you audio ($399+): Milestone-based. Refunds are prorated based on production stage. Once vocal recording begins, deposits are non-refundable.
